- These terms govern access to and use of Dialogue app and form a binding agreement between you and the operator of the service.
- By opening a conversation on Dialogue app you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
- Dialogue app provides entertainment and companionship through original fictional characters. It does not provide medical, legal, psychological or financial advice.
- All characters presented on Dialogue app are invented. Names, biographies, portraits and personalities do not depict real persons, living or deceased.
- You are responsible for the content of the messages you send and for ensuring that they comply with applicable law in your jurisdiction.
- You agree not to use Dialogue app to produce, request or distribute content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or any material prohibited by law.
- You agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
- Automated collection of pages, portraits or profile text from Dialogue app without written permission is not permitted.
- All text, imagery, character designs and layout published on Dialogue app remain the property of the operator or its licensors.
- You keep ownership of the messages you write, and you grant the operator a limited right to process them solely to deliver replies within your session.
- Access to unlimited private conversation is offered through paid memberships described on the home page.
- Membership prices are displayed before purchase and may change for future billing periods with notice on the site.
- Memberships renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancelling a membership stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis where a technical fault prevented reasonable use of the service.
- Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of access.
- The operator may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, without refund of the current period.
- The service is provided on an as-is basis, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
- Replies generated by characters may be inaccurate or inconsistent, and should not be relied upon as statements of fact.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of Dialogue app.
- Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the three months preceding the claim.
- Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; the operator has no control over and accepts no responsibility for their content.
- The operator may modify features, characters or these terms; substantive changes are published on this page with a new effective date.
- Continued use of Dialogue app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full effect.
- These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
